Yep it’s November 02, 2009 and garden party says in the breaking news that Halloween is over but it’s still dark, the grave stones are still out and the Halloween music is still playing. So is it really over in gpw? They also talk about a costume name harry people got during Halloween. I don’t have a harry costume and I’ve never seen anyone with the costume either.
